In this role you have the opportunity to
Develop and deploy brand management strategies and tools to increase Philips brand awareness and win in the marketplace. Leads projects and processes to develop, operate and measure reinforcement of the Philips image.
You are responsible for
Develop content strategy based on analysis of content marketing trend and understanding of business environment, target audience’ behavior & media habit
Develop and localize content assets to engage and inspire our target audience
Manage content lifecycle workflow for assigned content types from creation through approval, editing, localization, publishing/activation, measurement and maintenance
Invent new ideas for brand campaigns and marketing messages, with deep understanding of design and smart copy
Effectively communicate, lead, and manage complex projects from concept to production within associated timelines with multiple stakeholders and be able to storyboard, illustrate, and translate ideas into innovative solutions.
Make recommendations for optimizing content quality, processes, and activation channel choices based on analysis.
Provide and report on content measurement using a combination of analytic tools, marketing automation, content management systems and social media management tools You are part of Brand, communication and digital team. You will base in Shanghai, report to Head of Professional Marketing. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
A minimum of 8 years’ working experience in PR agencies or marketing communications experience in hi-tech MNCs
Bachelor's degree above in journalism, marketing, communications, public relations, advertising (or other related field)
Solid work experience in content creation and promotion with strong records
Excellent copywriting and editing skills, including the ability to write in different styles, and for different audience types and goals (reporter / journalist working experience is highly preferred)
Demonstrate creative and innovative thinking
Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
Passion for continuously optimizing for engagement and delivering measurable results
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and written & spoken English with business leaders
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering the highest-quality output
Demonstrate strong teamwork and leadership skills and ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a complex global organization
Ability to work under pressure in a fast changing environment
