In this role, you have the opportunity to
Take full responsibility of your OHC product category. From defining the growth strategy, drive the definition, development and introduction of range of products, manage product profitability and extending product lifecycles to managing a smooth phase out.
Your goal is to bring that bring ever-more rewarding and enjoyable experiences to consumers by meeting their health & wellbeing needs.
You will translate in-depth consumer, market and competitive analyses into winning concepts by defining the product positioning for new range of products. You will then integrate these new concepts into strategic product roadmaps that uniquely address the needs of the local Chinese consumers, and where required, the needs of other global markets, as well as drive the Lifecycle Management (LCM) of the existing product portfolios.
In this responsible position, you will for identified projects (New /LCM projects) steer the Integral Product Development (IPD)/LCM process from start to end, taking initial ideas through to product development and introduction. During the process, you will interact with all associated disciplines, including New Product Introduction team, Technology & Development departments, internal and external design agencies, own manufacturing units or external suppliers, marketing management and international commercial organizations (COs).

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University degree or MBA qualified in Business/Strategic Marketing direction
3 to 8 years proven brand/product management experience in a FMCG, healthcare or similar sector.
Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) and be a good presenter. Be willing to work in an international environment and able to manage senior stakeholders
Organized, numerate and have keen interest in market and consumer driven approach to product creation & execution (Consumer Insights, VPW development, product market introductions, write and execute marketing plans)
Conceptual thinking, organizational and communication skills that allow you to influence others, present convincing arguments and build and maintain extensive networks.
Project management skills and broad interests that allow you to create multi-disciplinary environments that inspire and motivate others.
