The purposes of this position are:
Digital Marketing has transformed the marketing landscape and will continue to gain momentum with the increasing widespread proliferation of connected devices. The rolewill be responsible for establishing the digital marketing function to support business growth and raise brand awareness with digital tools.
He/She plays an important role in ensuring profitable growth by:
Responsible for developing digital marketing strategy, direct to consumer digital footprint and engagement;
Set up the digital marketing function and team;
Build digital/content/e-Commerce marketing programs and capabilities to increase the brand awareness in digital platform so as to help grow sales revenue;
Cultivate and manage digital marketing/internet ecosystem (including E-Commerce) partnerships and strategic alliance;
Explore and evaluate emerging digital marketing/e-Commerce opportunities;
Establish frameworks and benchmarks to facilitate ongoing optimization in evaluation of e-Commerce/content/technology opportunities;
Develop training and best-practice facilities to improve organization-wide digital marketing proficiency;
Communicate with global and BMC marketing team to translate the strategies into digital marketing activities.

You will report to Marketing VP and collaborate with many other teams including Brand Marketing, PR, Media, Insights team etc.,.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Approximately 10-12 years of marketing experience in the marketing function with multinational consumer goods companies;
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing/e-Commerce/technology areas – knows how digital world “works”;
Maturity to independently manage projects with limited resources and proactively seek guidance as necessary;
Entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical justification for all decisions;
Strong culture curiosity and passion for marketing and technology;
Strong English and Chinese communication skills, both written and verbal;
Bachelor’s degree is required, Business, Computer Science, Communication or related disciplines preferred. In return, we offer you
