Philips Field Service Engineer, MR in Shanghai, China

Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment. Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems. Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures. Determines most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime. Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues. Is a skilled worker with a number of coordinating tasks. Gives support in field service process renewal. Assignments are carried out in a professional way according to quality requirements and are finished in time.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Deliver qualified service to customers including corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, installation and FCO. This position is very important to ensure long term customer satisfaction and loyalty, and is playing a very important role in the growth of customer service business and sales business.

You are responsible for

  • Plan and deliver assigned service to customers with high quality, including Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Installation and FCO, focus on the efficiency and service quality.

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty; Own customer service quality KPIs for assigned account. Ensure service process implemented effectively.

  • Develop business in assigned account, Ensure individual service business TGT achievement rate;

  • Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills, Focus on service competence level and actual service capabilities.

  • Provide service support to team members as required, Focus on good team work.

  • Prepare and provide kinds of Service Report on an accurate and timely basis

  • Other tasks assigned by team & company

You are a part of

  • External Customer: Deliver daily service to customer and ensure customer satisfaction. Show PHILIPS’ enterprise culture and ensure PHILIPS’ enterprise image.

  • Support Function: Ensure the service process correct implementation and timely feedback for better service process improvement.

  • Ensure individual service business TGT achievement;

  • Ensure individual service delivery quality.

  • Sales Distributor: Cooperate with sales distributor in varied sales or marketing activities. One face to customer.

  • ASP: Cooperate with ASP as one team to provide qualified service to customer.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Education: College, University Bachelor or above, Advanced Electronics Certificate or equivalent in electrical engineering

  • Experience:Advanced >3 years work experience on customer service in Healthcare industry

  • Travel Frequency: 25% - 50%

  • Competency and Skills:Strong technical knowledge on Healthcare productsStrong communication skill and Open mind to share with othersClear and logic thinkingAbility to handle multi tasksGood execution skillExcellent English skill in reading, writing and speakingWilling to take responsibilitySelf-motivation and self-management
