Philips Integrated Marketing Intelligence Manager in Shanghai, China


In this role, you have the opportunity to

Influence strategy and growth in a leading Health Technology company. Are you a highly talented consumer insight professional, who can support the Philips Marketing Intelligence team with insights for innovation as well as go-to-market strategies.

You are responsible for

  • Owning and driving project work streams to derive deep consumer insights for innovative solutions in

  • Identifying new opportunity areas by being on top of trends of consumers, market and competition

  • Telling a compelling story by connecting the dots from a various data sources (consumer/market/digital data) based on a deep understanding of the business

  • Working closely with consumer/marketing functions in China business to provide the external perspective, drive consumer focus and fact based decision making in the development and validation of new value propositions

  • Supporting the development of new business models with end-consumers in mind

  • Providing insights from digital data sources and execute agile test-and-learn approaches

  • Working with and presenting recommendations to audiences of senior management

You are a part of

Philips Marketing Intelligence team

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A Master’s in Business or Social Science, specialized in consumer behavior and marketing research, with excellent academic track record

  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a consumer intelligence role in a top-tier international company or highly reputable, innovative, global market research agency

  • International business experience (experience in B2B and B2C is a plus)

  • Expert in consumer insights

  • Effective communication to different audiences, including senior management

  • Excellent analytics and quantitative skills

  • Innovator with experience with new digital sources for insights

  • Fluency in English & Chinese, both written and verbal
