Philips JD E-Trade Marketing Manager in Shanghai, China

Define, plan and implement trade marketing activities for a specific Business (product portfolio) on national level. Analyses the national sales data, act on it and report to the region. Implement the trade marketing tools for use on national level. Support and implement trade marketing actions, defined on regional level. Contribute to the definition and realisation of trade marketing actions on regional level. May be involved in category management.

JD E-Trade Marketing Manager

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • support online key account ( business growth by driving high quality planning and execution for all channel marketing activities and activations in assigned categories and manage budget of assigned projects.

You are responsible for

  • Work closely with JD sales team to delivery account sellout and market share target

  • In charge of Philips category JD FSS in-store-excellence, increase the conversion by continuously optimizing shopper experience

  • Plan and implement account based promotion activities based on deep understanding of competition and shopper journey within the account

  • Leading the integration of big festival project in JD (e.g. super brand day, 618/11.11)

  • Portfolio management in JD through regular analysis of the sellout data and business trend

  • Leading the planning and execution of new product launch campaign in JD

  • JD in-site media investment planning for always on search and campaign base traffic

  • Work with agencies to drive high quality promotion execution and timely delivery

  • Budget management for assigned category to make sure solid ROI

You are a part of

You will report to JD Senior E-Trade Marketing Manager and collaborate with many other teams including Marketing Manager, Digital marketing, Online Sales, Finance etc.,.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce related position (sales/marketing), experience with JD related works is a plus, both brand or TP are fine

  • Open minded with social skill as the coordinator

  • Good English command

  • Results oriented, Self-motivated and could work under pressure and dynamic circumstance


  • Multiple function coordination

  • Understand consumer and shopper insights in JD

  • Understand product proposition

  • Manage to delivery project KPI on time with high quality

  • Analyze key sell out opportunities and plan retail priorities/programs to drive sales

  • Key account management and resource integration
