Philips JD Senior Campaign Manager, Domestic Appliance in Shanghai, China


In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology;

You are responsible for

  • Lead JD marketing strategy and calendar planning base on by category annual plan.

  • Proposing the right Marketing strategy and communication/promotion strategy and plan

  • Develop and manage all e-market place activities.

  • Manage JD marketing tools and media buying and equivalent tools in other market places

  • Effectively develop promotion campaigns to drive sell out

  • Lead, manage, train, develop and supervise team under responsibility

  • Set clear marketing campaign target and KPI to ensure both in/external seamless cooperation and support.

  • Closely cooperate with Sales Leader in the Market to realize sales targets at key customers, and provides input for local channel strategy

  • Closely coordinate with marketing team on category promotion plan and gain relevant resource support

You are a part of

  • Sales team, Philips Greater China. You will report to JD Sales Leader and collaborate with many other teams including JD sales, Brand marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operation etc.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in MNC in trade/campaign marketing management, 5+ years in online Experience is a must have

  • Excellent project management skills: being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time

  • Strong retail business sense and knowledgeable in ecommerce market development in China

  • Solid product knowledge with experience in merchandising

  • Experience in developing marketing budgets and sales budgets

  • Good understanding of retail business (sell in to sell-through)

  • Good at problem solving

  • Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders on various levels

  • Evidence of ability to track, measure marketing ROI and brand metrics

  • Fluent in English and native in Mandarin
