You are responsible for
Manage social media activities including the set-up and optimization of multiple projects on a daily basis.
Generate high quality social media content on all relevant social media platforms in China e.g. Redbook, Weibo, WeChat, Douyin, Kuaishou, Bilibili, Zhihu etc.
Build a deep understanding of each social media platform in China and share insights and new developments with colleagues.
Develop a 3-month social media calendar and align it with the overall activation plan.
Create briefings to ensure that influencers understand our objectives and present our unique selling points in an authentic and engaging way.
Leverage social listening to answer questions from consumers in a professional way and share consumer feedbacks to drive continuous improvement.
Develop scripts to demonstrate our products during livestreaming.
Set SMART KPIs and generate reporting and insights from our social media initiatives and livestreaming activities.
Identify upcoming KOLs and recipe/food trends that are relevant for our businesses.
Establish good relationships with key stakeholders including influencers, external agencies and cross-functional internal teams. Share the social media activation plan and results regularly with e.g. sales, e-trade and retail customers.
Manage the budget: ensure POs have been created before starting projects.

Philips China Kitchen Appliances team. You will report to Business Marketing Director ,Kitchen Appliance & Coffee and collaborate with many other teams including Trade Marketing, Digital marketing, PR, E-commerce, Sales, Finance etc.,.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing role with a proven track record of generating consumer demand in an effective way.
University degree with Business/ Strategic Marketing direction.
A high affinity with digital marketing, CRM and e-commerce. Is able to demonstrate understanding of digital landscape and multi-channel environment.
A strong understanding of consumer motivations and insights
An organizer with excellent planning & organizational skills, being able to prioritize and manage both short term and long term tasks/priorities and stress resistant.
An outgoing personality who is persuasive in communication, has ability to collaborate effective with and manage stakeholders and agency partners.
A passion for healthy homemade food and cooking.
Excellent fluency in written/spoken Chinese and English.
