Philips Key Account Manager,Mother & ChildCare in Shanghai, China

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology;

You are responsible for

  • Initiate Personal Health Cluster Mother& Child Care sales strategy plan and translate into granular action plan.

  • Achieve sales KPI and drive sales profitable growth.

  • Develop Mother& Child Care channel in nationwide and optimize business model.

  • Initiate annual channel promotion plan and enhance market share growth.

  • In charge of distributor management and regularly review distributor performance/ stock management to drive sales achievement.

  • Plan and manage investment incl. A&P/Margin

  • Be responsible for people & organization development

You are a part of

Mother & Childcare Sales Team, You will report to Sales Leader, M&CC and collaborate with Distributors & Retailers

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or above

  • At least 8 years sales management experience. Must have experience in Mother&Child industry 。

  • 3 years or above mother & childcare industry sales management experiences is preferred.

  • Be familiar with Mother& Child Care channel business and operational process.

  • Excellent negotiation skills and team work spirit.

  • Fast learner on digital tool and be familiar with office software

  • Fluent English both in oral and written.
