Philips Marketing Manager, Medical Consumables & Sensors in Shanghai, China
Translates the product roadmap into concrete product specifications for a small product range with known functionality and existing technologies. Defines proposals for the short term marketing strategy for his portfolio. Implements the short term business plans, goals and product roadmap. Acts within defined marketing plan. Cooperates with Product Managers, who are responsible for a product portfolio, MarCom and MIP. Uses external specialization, such as MarCom and marketing research.
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Work closely with Business Marketing Team and Sales team to develop the Patient Monitor marketing strategy.
Lead, plan and execute all kinds of marketing activities with reasonable KPI measurement.
You are responsible for
Define and execute market development plan for patient monitors and achieve business AOP for China.
Identify market insight and build competence in product category development.
Lead NPI process and organize national marketing activities.
Support presales support team with professional product and clinical knowledge.
Work with RA team for product pre-market registration process.
Check/ validate market and product related data are in place and escalates product issues.
Develop and deliver product training to internal sales and presales team.
You are a part of
Philips Patient Care Monitoring Solution commercial team, developing marketing plan to grow Patient Monitor business in China.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
At least 6 years’ experience in hospital or medical device company
Having insightful sense and views of critical care and general wards work flow
Strong English skills, good communication skill
