In this role, you have the opportunity to
You are responsible for
Owner of Avent brand activation activities execution in place in all different touch points, from social such as Tiktok, redbook, Bilibi, Kuaishou and other livestream activities execution in place and inline as marketing planning
Creates and executes marketing plans (in line with marketing strategy, product strategy and channel strategy).
Work closely with corporate consumer marketing team, drive counterpart execution on assets productions, brand communications, FSS store activations and CRM executions related to our own category.
Ensure consumer and customer insights are well translated into marketing execution and 3 years roadmap planning.
Drives and shares local market and consumers insights to global, and influence global initiatives including global to local portfolio.
Drive and work closely with sales team and sales operation team to execute well marketing plans.
Support category leader to drive the execution on strategic initiatives related to marketing planning, campaigns, and seeding, etc.
You are a part of
The Mother & Child Care marketing team within Philips Personal Health portfolio. You will report to Business Marketing Combination Leader, Mother & Child Care and collaborate with many other teams including Trade Marketing, Digital marketing, PR, E-commerce, Sales, Finance etc.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Good interpersonal skill to influence people within own team, and other teams
Strong learning agility to adapt the changes, and drive the changes
Strong ability in reporting to senior leaders
Self-motived, and strong willingness to learn more
Plus. Copy/content writing/media reporting experience
Agency experience of 3-5 years are preferred
