You are responsible for
Manages top and bottom line of the CO ( China commercial) .
Ensures BG/category sales, IGM and ISM targets are met in CO – is a link between Commercial function and BG/category, and manages SKU portfolio/rationalization/ PWF/supply/stock
Understand the root cause of sales performance and Initiates corrective actions where necessary
Runs the business planning cycle of the CO for the BG/ category
Owns the business planning and review cycle (AOP/RoFo, etc.)
Able to translate marketing & data analysis into business opportunities and reflect into business strategy.
Drive Prestige segment annual planning and creates annual account activities and AnP planning that is in line with strategy.
Responsible for PWF management, plan and execute CCC plans successfully.
Responsible for local Demand Plan (AOP, RoFo and SIOP) and P
Q plan for BG/ category.
Translate business strategy into integrated marketing plan to drive brand awareness, interest and finally purchase.
Enhance Philips ETB brand equity via prestige segment marketing communication campaign.
Drives optimal working of commercial triangle (Marketing – Integrated Marketing Communication – Sales)
Owns the local market introduction process per proposition
Develops and executes proposition activation plans (incl. A&P/Margin) in line with category guidelines
Owns CO activation budget for the BG/category (A&P/Margin)
Supports account team planning where required
Acts as prime interface to BG/category Marketing Managers
Tracks sales, market shares and margins. Responsible for GFK analysis of own market
Drives and shares local market insights (incl. marketing effectiveness), requirements for BG/category, and activation best practices
Functions as lead country on certain initiatives by providing direct input to category
You are a part of
The Oral Healthcare marketing team, a key category within Philips Personal Health portfolio. You will report to the Marketing Director and collaborate with many other teams including Trade Marketing, Digital marketing, E-commerce, Finance etc.,.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Min.10 years of business experience, in Marketing and preferably has some experience with EC.
University level above preferably with business/strategic marketing direction
Familiar with product market introductions
Background in FMCG, or cosmetics
Ideally have worked in multiple categories in Marketing roles within country or BU organizations
Ability to run P&L
Strong & Clear communication capability
Ability to think from a broad business perspective and strategically, open-minded and could think out-of-box
