You are responsible for
A team of 25 people composed of four regional managers and their respective product sales people.
Oversee the business unit’s capabilities to ensure the ultimate standards for achieving success in presales and sales support, strategy deals support, joint call, bidding, tender specification, strategy, quotation, etc are all delivered efficiently and effectively
Ensuring that human capital strategies are in place and being used to on-board, train, develop and retain new hires and experienced persons.
Taking an active role in developing your personal relationships with key customers and KOLs as well as ensuring all your team build the best customer centric relationships to further the business and meet targets..
Oversee that startegies and plans are developed and implemented with respect to all subjects relating to management of the demonstration equipment, sales skills and Brand development exhibitions, seminar support, etc)
You are a part of
Philips MA&TC Business, directly reporting to Marketing Head.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University degree in Physician or equivalent in allied health discipline
Minimum 10+ years’ experience in leading a team of people involved in the clinical and/or health related environments.
Knowledge of clinical workflow within obstetrics department domain would be an advantage
Experience in delivering clinical training
Excellent customer facing and service skills is desirable.
Demonstrated capabilities to build networks and relationships in the healthcare environment
Demonstrated capabilities to focus on delivering complex projects on time and on budget
Outstanding communications skills (verbal, written and presentation)
