Sales and Trade Marketing Manager, One Blade

In this role, you have the opportunity to

To manage one blade business development and growth in China by digging out the market for the first-shaver youth. Driving high quality execution for all BTL marketing activities in assigned categories and manage budget of assigned project

You are responsible for

  • Deliver responsible category’s retail sell-out, dealer’s sell-in and improve market share

  • Organize sales and TM team member for involvement and make the yearly strategic marketing and sales plan and monthly sales and marketing execution plan.

  • Drive key programs and marketing activities and also make sure the internal application and process fulfillment

  • Develop merchandising materials (PDP/product demo tools/POSM/ display) and design promotion activity theme, banner and mechanism

  • Work with dealers/stores to drive high quality execution and results delivery

  • Deep analysis of sellout to and sell in for improvement

  • Manage the yearly budget


  • Manage to delivery yearly category KPI, sell in, sellout, and market share

  • Manager to delivery project KPI on time with high quality

  • Analyze key retail opportunities and plan retail marketing program to drive sellout

  • Understand consumer and shopper insights

  • Understand sales management

You are a part of

The Personal care marketing team, the largest category within Philips Personal Health portfolio. You will report to Senior Marketing Manager and collaborate with many other teams including Marketing Manager, Digital marketing, PR, E-commerce, Sales, Finance etc.,.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 5-10 years’ experience in ‘below-the-line’ marketing activities management and dealer management in a multi-national consumer goods company.

  • Ability to interface effectively with other resources

  • Good English command

  • Results oriented, Self-motivated and could work under pressure and dynamic circumstance
