In this role, you have the opportunity to
Take lead of PCA product business development, Marketing campaign, NPI planning as well as pricing to facilitate business growth in Great China to achieve company AOP target.
You are responsible for
Collaborate across market, M2O & BU product management team to facilitate PCA business growth
Drive the marketing development program & secure the AOP achievement
Generates demand in new and existing markets to maximize sales.
Facilitate the NPI process & market training with BU product management teams & launch the new products & solution developed by BU to the local market
Support product management team in setting & adjusting the local market target price to maximize the value capture to inform local price corridors and guidance of local discounting
Understand BU marketing customer segmentation & value proposition; provide feedback on how to tailor to meet the specific market needs.
Manage and measure local promotion program & marcom campaign to deliver high ROI.
Understand and utilize digital tools to improve analytics and prioritize activities with highest ROI.
You are a part of
Philips Patient Care Monitoring Solution commercial team, developing marketing plan to grow Patient Monitor business in China.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree above (Medical IT background is preferred)
10 year above experience of CIS product management or marketing in international medical company or local Medical IT Company.
Collaborative mindset to work with cross-section contact parts
Strong communication and interpersonal skill with outgoing character.
Proven CIS MKT successful experience
