Philips Product Manager in Shanghai, China


In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Be responsible for representing IntelliSpace Portal and Radonc within the Great China market, Revenue & Sales Funnel increase and monitor of cost elements across the continuum of CARE.

  • Serve as the main channel between HI and Radonc BiU and China HI and Radonc Team.

You are responsible for

  • To support the order acquisition process by giving presentations to potential customers.

  • Maintains contacts with specific large/key customers and KOL from other regions.

  • Lead application team to support aftersales application training

  • Train application team on how to serve customer better

  • To maximize contract penetration and ongoing revenue stream from the installed base.

  • Set up a governance mechanism for cost control, inventory level and monitor it on a periodic basis.

  • To increase the expertise and motivation of the local sales staff by providing relevant and up-to-date information about the products and competition, to create & maintain their faith in the superiority of ISP and Radonc

  • To train the local key specialists on new features, applications and trends, in order to keep them up-to-date with the newest developments.

  • To support the commercial presence on exhibitions and congresses, to keep in contact with key customers and visit customers, in order to maintain a good insight in the requirements in the region and be able to optimize the support to the region or country.

  • To inform product management on a regular basis about the requirements and developments in the region or country and contribute to the formulation of the marketing plans for the region and for the central product creation unit.

  • Monitors the sales results and proposes corrective actions.

  • Contributes to the marketing plan for the region or country and gives input for the global marketing plan.

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Relevant academic degree with solid clinical application and business experience with at least 5 years of experience.

  • Experience in defining business processes.

  • Strong structured project management, problem-solving, multi-tasking, time-management and leading without hierarchical influence within complex international environments.

  • IntelliSpace Portal and Radonc solution's functionality and knowledge - An Advantage.

  • Proven presentation, interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

  • Customer facing experience is mandatory.

  • Experience with technical writing and fluent English

  • Ability to influence without authority and to communicate effectively
