In this role, you have the opportunity to
Drive the business of Philips Digital Computational Pathology (DCP) solution, the first such system approved by FDA/CE/CFDA. It is an important portion of Philips precision diagnosis, particularly in Oncology domain. You will work closely with commercial, marketing and other teams to execute our go to market and business and market communication plans to support the growth of the business.
You are responsible for
Maximizing order intake, sales (including Services Contracts) and price realization within the region.
Working with commercial teams for anticipated growth, sales support, marketing etc.
Mapping out territory and identifying market potential.
Driving market visibility by frequent customer visits, product demonstrations, evaluations, seminars and congresses.
Maintaining superior relationships at multiple levels within the domain.
Developing and implementing account plans and regional strategy.
Maintaining accurate account, opportunity and funnel data via online management.
Analyzing won deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends and communicate winning tactics with colleagues.
Ability to develop relationships and collaboration with partners where required.
Responsible for the collaboration cross-team activities at account level.
You are a part of
Philips Digital Computational Pathology (DCP) solution team under Precision Diagnosis cluster. You will report to DCP BMM and work with 2 product marketing managers in Precision Diagnosis cluster. You will base in China.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Strong and proven track record in Sales, preferably in more than one field and at hospital CEO/management level
Prefer having working experiences in Pathology related areas.
Prefer having experience in Healthcare IT and high-end solution sales
Clearly apparent drive and passion, with intense desire for success.
Aspirations to grow within Philips as part of a rapidly expanding team.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent education. Extensive sales training.
Moderate English communication skills preferred
