Key responsibilities :

  • 在售前阶段和PMO、方案架构师合作,确定医疗信息系统最佳解决方案,确保方案的可行性和满足客户期望,并估算项目成本;

  • 制定项目计划,管理项目的范围和需求、资源、任务调度、风险和变更,并控制项目实施成本;

  • 与项目干系人、公司内外部团队协调和合作,确保项目最终实施和验收;

  • 对项目发展进行前瞻性管理,包括项目发展阶段、成本和竞争、项目重用性、项目实施标准化和客户满意度等;

  • 并行处理多项任务、管理多个项目,并能按时完成任务或交付项目;

Key competences / experiences:

  • 本科以上计算机科学、信息技术、自动化、生物技术或临床相关专业,3年以上研发或医疗信息系统相关项目管理经验;

  • 对IT和信息系统,特别是临床信息系统,如影像系统、医疗信息系统如HIS/EMR/RIS/PACS、影像系统等有较深入的了解;

  • 有开发和软件以及IT基础设施架构,对敏捷管理或PMP证书或3D影像后处理经验者优先;

  • 良好的组织能力和沟通谈判技巧,解决问题能力极强,有人员管理经验者优先;

  • 思路清晰,吃苦耐劳,能适应经常出差,英语听说读写流利

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Manage solution project activities of internal task force and external customer , manage the project scope ,requirement , cost and risk when implementation is on-going, the ultimate contribution is on time complete assigned project and get acceptance.

You are responsible for

  • On time finish project and get accpetance.

  • Developing project plans; inclusive of the following elements, utilizing Project Management Methodology

  • Responsible for effectively communicating with all project stakeholders, and third party vendors. Including but not limited to regular project updates and regular project meetings as outlined in the project plan.

  • Required to work with a Solution Consultant in the pre-sales phase to determine the best solution for a particular customer to assure the feasibility of the technical solution and how it will meet customer expectations.

  • Forward Looking Inventory Management, Project Cycle Time, Forecast Accuracy, Revenue Recognition, Project Costs and Customer Satisfaction

  • Workout project handover report. Participating in and contributing to relevant Communities of Practice is expected.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Certification in Project Management preferred (CAPM, PMP)

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Lean Certification is helpful

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Presentation skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent communication both verbally and in writing, in Chinese as well as English

  • Technical or Clinical experience/education in Computer Science disciplines or Information Technologies is preferred

  • At least 3 years demonstrated Project Management experience in a comparable environment

  • Knowledge and experience in Project Management and IT Integration within a Healthcare Environment preferred (i.e. Healthcare IT, Patient Monitoring).

  • Ability to demonstrate effective influential leadership across all project resources/stakeholders

  • Ability to effectively negotiate

  • Ability to deliver highly satisfied customer experiences

  • Ability to effectively manage and lead multiple projects concurrently
