Your challenge

  • Are you a passionate Recuiter who can drive the talent acquisition and pipeline development efforts through creative and effective resourcing interventions in a leading Health Technology company?

  • Are you excited to experience different talent acquisition model, working seamlessly with experts in Recruitment Marketing, Campus recruiting, Sourcing, and Talent Intelligence?

  • Have you demonstrated effective leadership of recruitment and selection processes that are legally compliant, cost effective, customer focused and aligned with company‚Äôs strategic business direction and aligned strategy?

  • Work with Head of Talent Acquisition to manage the development of the strategic and operational talent management plans and execute plans, execute recruiting strategy, policies, protocols and procedures.

  • Act as key account manager, partner with business HR managers / business leaders to drive an efficient and effective recruitment processes that deliver on the talent needs.

  • Build up a strong candidate pool and control recruitment cost to continuously improve the smooth operation of recruitment procedure and process.

  • Improve and implement recruitment procedures as well as processes, including selection techniques, assessment to identify right candidates for right position.

  • Conduct periodic processes, systems, and benchmark reviews to identify areas of both strength and improvement.

  • Develop, implement and evaluate effective, innovative and high quality internal referral program to attract qualified candidates based on the business need of the organization.

  • Build relationships with universities, HR service providers and recruitment websites.

  • Develop various recruitment channels throughout China and international to meet the fast-paced business needs.

  • In conjunction with the business HR managers, be responsible for the resourcing and monitoring of internal transfer on an international/local level.

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment.

  • Ability to formulate, implement, drive and achieve business plan and targets.

  • Ability to operate in a matrix organization.

  • Demonstrable collaboration skill with the customers (business HR managers / business leaders) and influencing skills in leading, and directing teams to achieve results.

  • Strong planning, communication, relationship building, presentation, project management, and organization skills.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment.

  • High level of customer focus and commercial awareness.

  • Excellent command of Chinese and English.

  • Willing to travel.
