The Sales Operation Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the related business unit (BU) Sales and Operations Planning /Deployment, working closely with the Sales team for facilitating the planning process, driving improvements to the process and aligning the final plan.
You are responsible for
Yearly sales target (AOP sell in) deployment to channel and ensure all sales pattern is aligned with yearly plan.
Leading SIOP process , Partner with the marketing, sales, SCM to ensure the demand consensus process delivers an agreed upon, workable volume forecast (Month and FY); ensure gaps and overlaps are addressed, scenarios are completed and issues appropriately escalated to meet business objectives.
Working with channel cop for Monthly demand plan allocation, analysis and modification.
Recommend and maintain optimal inventory levels at various stages by model mix in order to meeting market needs and reduce aging stock.
Build sales performance tracking by sell in /sell through /sell out and trade stock analysis (PSI)
Working with Marketing team for special Commercial policy design and deployment to meet business needs
You are a part of
Philips Patient Care Monitoring Solution Business Team.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s Degree is required and a Master’s Degree is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years working experience of Sales Operation planning experience in roles of increasing responsibility, including SIOP leadership and process execution, Sales background is preferred
