Philips Sales Operation Manager in Shanghai, China

The Sales Operation Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the related business unit (BU) Sales and Operations Planning /Deployment, working closely with the Sales team for facilitating the planning process, driving improvements to the process and aligning the final plan.

You are responsible for

  • Yearly sales target (AOP sell in) deployment to channel and ensure all sales pattern is aligned with yearly plan.

  • Leading SIOP process , Partner with the marketing, sales, SCM to ensure the demand consensus process delivers an agreed upon, workable volume forecast (Month and FY); ensure gaps and overlaps are addressed, scenarios are completed and issues appropriately escalated to meet business objectives.

  • Working with channel cop for Monthly demand plan allocation, analysis and modification.

  • Recommend and maintain optimal inventory levels at various stages by model mix in order to meeting market needs and reduce aging stock.

  • Build sales performance tracking by sell in /sell through /sell out and trade stock analysis (PSI)

  • Working with Marketing team for special Commercial policy design and deployment to meet business needs

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required and a Master’s Degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years working experience of Sales Operation planning experience in roles of increasing responsibility, including SIOP leadership and process execution, Sales background is preferred
