In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for

The Senior CRM Recruitment Officer will mainly execute the member recruitment strategy and take an essential role to fulfill Philips D2C strategy. Develop and execute Tmall/JD HYT annual operation plan.

  • Develop and execute recruitment mechanism, membership benefits and member life cycle management.

  • Develop and execute monthly HYT campaign. Including member activation theme& mechanisms development, monitor the progress and evaluate the performance.

  • Collaborate with JD/Tmall HYT teams and Philips EC teams to plan and execute Platform level campaign.

  • Partner with call center and after sales service team to ensure a world class member experience.

  • Responsible for HYT member journey and on boarding experience, make sure visibility, content and offering are correct.

  • Lead and collaborate with HYT operation agency to deliver high performance HYT recruitment.

  • Manage and track HYT member points and redemption.

  • Conduct daily management, monthly store level review and related data analysis.

  • Partner with agency, manage the HYT backend system and ensure the data accuracy and timely upload to Philips DB.

  • Play as HYT/EC expert to support Omni-channel loyalty program.

You are a part of

  • CRM Team, You will report to Senior CRM Manager and collaborate with many other teams including consumer/customer marketing/sales/digital/ecommerce/brand teams etc…

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Winning sprits, strong leadership and entrepreneurship to make the things happen.

  • Strong communication and story-telling skills, able to convince stakeholders, particularly for cross department projects.

  • Problem solving skills with flexible approaching and creative thinking.

  • Result driven, able to delivery results with limited resources and pressure.

  • Proactive, good team work spirit and consumer centricity mindset.

  • Bachelor degree in a business-related field (advanced degree is a plus), along with a proven track record of success.

  • Middle to high level experience on data analysis and reporting.

  • 2-4 years of prior experience in CRM area, including a minimum of 1 year in JD/Tmall HYT related position.

  • Proven experience in managing CRM projects from conception to implementation to delivery with quantifiable results, from leading to supervising the execution.

  • Fluent English communication skills.
