You are responsible for
Long term/short term biz and marketing planning, lead to drive the delivery.
Product marketing and marketing communication management of responsible category to ensure that market position and image can be improved.
Uses the knowledge of the retailer business to improve the positioning and brand experience.
Work with other functions to drive the business and marketing activities in China.
Accurate mix for the selected product assortment and relevant selected accounts.
Owns local market introduction and new product launch process per proposition
Develops and executes proposition activation plans (incl. A&P/Margin)
Supports channel account team planning
Lead to improve the brand image and shopper experience across channels.
Lead the MKT activities and roadshow events in retail. Work with MKT functions(PR, digital….) to implement consumer or celebrity events.
Makes sure that optimal positioning of the product portfolio is established and continuously looks for opportunities to capture and meet consumer needs in cooperation with the account team and other departments.
Determine your category coming goods and inventory, to have a good phase-in and out plan and make sure a reasonable inventory level.
Responsible for KPIs for your category in China, in terms of sales turnover, brand position, NPS, market share, etc., and also achieve other financial indicators, including IGM, ISM, etc.
You are a part of
The Personal care Consumer marketing team within Philips Personal Health portfolio. You will report to Marketing Director and collaborate with many other teams including Digital marketing, PR, E-commerce, Sales, Finance etc.,.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Min.4-5 years of business experience, in Marketing and preferably has some experience with sales.
University level above preferably with business/strategic marketing direction.
Familiar with product market introductions.
Background in fast moving, or cosmetics.
Ability to think from a broad business perspective and strategically, open-minded and could think out-of-box, stress resistant, creative, entrepreneur focused on growth.
Fluent English & Mandarin.
