Philips Sr. New Retail Manager in Shanghai, China


In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of men in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology;

  • This role is to develop Omni channel business growth via new retail business strategy with solid execution plan, including pricing, promotion mechanism, portfolio, content through innovative digital way.

  • This role need to create new retail strategy and roadmap to build a new retail business (including Omni and the key accounts working with Omni platform) and to drive sales growth.

You are responsible for

  • Initiate new retail business strategy and Lead and execute Omni mechanism

  • Lead cross-functional team to drive incremental business opportunity through Omni platforms.

  • Co-work digital campaigns with EC and sales team to drive the execution on key Omni platform

  • Build strong collaboration with cross functions to drive one agenda

  • CO work with EC team/ Offline team to optimize new retail distribution management

  • Product portfolio planning and execution

You are a part of

You will report to Sales Director ,Offline and Loyalty & Incentive and collaborate with many other teams including business marketing, E-commerce, Sales, Finance etc.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree or above

  • Both E-commerce and offline commercial (sales) experience

  • Min.10 years of experience in commercial (sales/marketing) plus EC.

  • Strong communication skills and team work

  • Strong leadership

  • Fluent English;
