In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be part of the Philips business which aims to improve the lives of 3 billion people a year by 2025 through meaningful innovation in the Health & Technology space. You will drive and execute the talent acquisition strategy, process, delivery and pipeline development through creative and effective resourcing interventions in a leading Health Technology company.

You are responsible for

  • Manage the development of the strategic and operational talent management plans and execute plans, execute recruiting strategy, policies, protocols and procedures.

  • Act as key account manager, partner with business HR managers / business leaders to drive an efficient and effective recruitment processes that deliver on the talent needs.

  • Build up a strong candidate pool and control recruitment cost to continuously improve the smooth operation of recruitment procedure and process.

  • Improve and implement recruitment procedures as well as processes, including selection techniques, assessment to identify right candidates for right position.

  • Conduct periodic processes, systems, and benchmark reviews to identify areas of both strength and improvement.

  • Develop, implement and evaluate effective, innovative and high quality internal referral program to attract qualified candidates based on the business need of the organization.

  • Build relationships with universities, HR service providers and recruitment websites.

  • Develop various recruitment channels throughout China and international to meet the fast-paced business needs.

  • In conjunction with the business HR managers, be responsible for the resourcing and monitoring of internal transfer on an international/local level.

You are a part of

Talent acquisition team and a fascinating company with a strong emphasis on cultural awareness, mutual understanding and out-of-the-box thinking.

You will base in Shanghai, report to Strategic Capability Head. You will lead a team of 4-5 members.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or equivalent trade-off in related professional experience.

  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment.

  • Ability to formulate, implement, drive and achieve business plan and targets.

  • Ability to operate in a matrix organization.

  • Demonstrable collaboration skill with the customers (business HR managers / business leaders) and influencing skills in leading, and directing teams to achieve results.

  • Strong planning, communication, relationship building, presentation, project management, and organization skills.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment.

  • High level of customer focus and commercial awareness.

  • Excellent command of Chinese and English.
