In this role, you have the opportunity to
Join Philips Health System East China Sales Team to support Region team and Regional Sales Head.
You are responsible for
Staff Admin Support:
Coordinate with office management team to ensure/maintain the nice working environment provided to the staff
Overseas visitors travel arrangement, incl. high level visitors (invitation letter for visa, meeting arrangement, transportation/accommodation arrangement)
Monthly payment voucher claim (check the monthly charge list to make sure the service indeed happened
Periodical update on organization chart and contact list
Commodity team shared folder maintenance. (Read/write authorization delegation)
Monthly stationary order
Monthly charge out ( meal card expense, courier expense etc)
Name card order
On boarding / Off boarding support
manage door access card, canteen card and parking card
arrange orientation meetings
Check billings (couriers, stationery, ad hoc events), place Shopping cart and follow up on PO and invoice
Prepare internal or external meetings (venue, meal, equipment), and ensure the managers be well-prepared for meetings.
Administrative assistance to Commodity Cluster Leader – Electronics (calendar, travels, meetings, expense claims, documentations and other ad-hoc tasks)
Member in staff club (support chairman to prepare team building, annual dinner, supplier day, etc.)
Assist ad hoc events (support team building, annual dinner, supplier day, etc.)
You are a part of
Philips Health System Sales Team.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
Holding a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year’s working experience in sales support or operation relative.
Good communication skills and problem analysis and problem solving skills.
