1.Assure Change Management deliverables within SIM are delivered on time in full, support Change Implementers and local organization embrace Philips Change Management Model safeguarding market adoption and avoiding business disruption.2.Support standing organization during CI Phase to guarantee local business enters successfully into a steady-state by driving/tracking adoption up to required levels.3.Responsible to translate all E2E Foundation Programs Impacts into one integrated Market Story , assuring all dependencies are properly addressed and risks mitigated working in strong partnership with the Functions as content owners (HR, BCD, IT, PU)4.Drive E2E Foundation Market Communication Plan in order to bring our stakeholders up to desired levels of Awareness / Understanding / Buy-in and Commitment. Assures Market Organization receives one Integrated E2E Story in alignment with Program guidelines and Corporate BCD framework. Makes sure Market existing Comms channels are effectively leveraged and Programs Comms packages are successfully localized and integrated to an overall market Communication Plan (at BT Portfolio level)5.Supports Market Organizational Readiness by providing local HR Organization an integrated view of all E2E Foundation impacts in terms of Structure & Governance, assuring HR can deliver OD deliverables at BT Portfolio level.6. Coordinates Learning activities bringing on-site support to Philips University/PPS Organization. Manages Learning deliverables assuring training materials are successfully localized, Train-The-Trainer and End-Users Trainings are successfully delivered enabling local org. with the right capabilities to execute the new ways of working from a process / IT / Behavioral viewpoint.

You will assure change management is leader-led supporting market adoption by coordinating all people related to assure capabilities deployed are properly adopted and embraced by the receiving organization, leading to realization of benefits.

You are responsible for

  • Assure change management deliverables are delivered on time in full, support change implementers and local organization embrace Philips change management model, safeguarding market adoption and avoiding business disruption.

  • Support standing organization during continuous improvement phase to guarantee local business enters successfully into a steady-state by driving/tracking adoption up to required levels.

  • Responsible to translate all E2E Foundation programs impacts into one integrated market story, assuring all dependencies are properly addressed and risks mitigated working in strong partnership with the functions as content owners (HR, Brand, Communication & Digital, IT, Philips University)

  • Drive E2E Foundation market communication plan in order to bring our stakeholders up to desired levels of awareness / understanding / buy-in and commitment.

  • Supports market organizational readiness by providing local HR Organization an integrated view of all E2E Foundation impacts in terms of structure & governance, assuring HR can deliver OD deliverables.

  • Coordinates learning activities, bringing on-site support to Philips University/PPS Organization. Manages learning deliverables, assuring training materials are successfully localized, Train-The-Trainer and End-Users trainings are successfully delivered.

You will report to Greater China Business Transformation Director.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Project Management skills (>5 years)

  • Change Management skills, Organization Design and Learning experience (>5 Years)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Consulting & coaching skills, ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience in managing change across projects related to process re-engineering and IT

  • Cross-functional experience mainly across the following areas: Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Customer Service and IT.

  • Proven record in managing large-scale projects adoption and transition management
