To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience 学历与专业背景硕士及以上学历，计算机相关专业，优秀者学历可放宽至本科/Master Degree, Major in computer or similar(Excellent bachelor degree)工作经验6年及以上的软件设计经验（本科工作经验需8年以上），2年及以上医疗行业软件开发经验/6 years and above software development experience (Bachelor 8 years and above working experience) 2 years and above medical software development experience知识与技能熟悉软件开发流程、设计模式，熟悉敏捷软件开发流程者优先/ Familiar with software development process and design pattern, Familiar with agile software development process is preferred.熟练运用Java /C++/C#任意开发语言，能够完成子系统的架构设计及模块设计，熟悉WPF及MVVM模式/Be familiar with Java/C++/C# any development language. Able to independently accomplish the architecture and module design, Familiar with WPF and MVVM pattern具有指导他人进行软件开发的能力/ Ability to guide others software development具备撰写相关设计文档的能力/ Able to writing design document.具有良好的英文材料阅读和编写能力，具有一定的英语听说能力/ Good English reading, writing and speaking skills具有CT工作背景者优先/ With CT development background is preferred.
