In this role, you have the opportunity to
You are responsible for
Participate in the new project development and conduct process development of manufacturing activities include ultrasonic welding, dispense gluing, laser etching, and/or other process for new products.
Study and prepare the work station layout, manpower resource and equipment requirements for new project;
Take lead the handover of project launch to ramp up to PPQ standards.
Set up new machines, manufacturing equipment and adjust their parameter.
Prepare new machine WI, and train the operator how to use the machine.
Design automation work station alone production line
Lead or participate in Lean Manufacturing improvement activities, optimization of production processes, improve productivity and quality, optimize the workflow process, reduce no. of operators etc;
Perform and lead the trouble shooting activities;
Responsible for internal engineering change (ECR) implementation and update documents such as OSS, WI, Layout, production sample of FQC, label version…;
Execute any task related to manufacturing engineering which are assigned from the Team Leader; You are a part of A professional and energetic Engineering team. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Education: Bachelor degree, Major in Mechanical or Manufacturing, IE
Experience: 5 years+ experience in manufacturing engineering, experience is MNC is preferred
Competency and Skills:
Good communication and presentation skill(Reading and writing in English is necessary)
Can work under pressure;
Active attitude & motivation and self discipline;
CTE 4 English level
