To be responsible for the definition of system or subsystem requirement specification; To define the product system, subsystem or component of product design and development; Design the verification and validation protocol of electronical design and development; Review the DHF and DMR of project, product and system; To be responsible for the risk management of the product.
You are responsible for
Participates the development of product value proposition and advises to product management on CRS; Responsible for product architecture definition according product CRS. Writes or updates the functional requirement specification, makes sure it is reviewed and approved. Verifies meeting CTQ’s in the development process and advises Mgt to take action when required Finalizes the design specifications, schematics, drawings, codes and writes test scenarios’ for the developed modules or components. Draws up personal schedule and reports on progress in a structured and methodical way and is responsible for keeping the costs of the activities in line with the calculated budget Combines existing and/or purchased modules into components, which can be integrated into the subsystem. Is responsible for solving of the Key problem or coaching engineer to solving the key problem; Is responsible for products cost target
You are a part of
A progressive and energetic team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You have a direct reporting line to the Manager, R&D , with Cross functional team as your key stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degrees or above
More than 7 years’ working experiences in electronic product system or subsystem design
Knowledge of Digital circuit, analog circuit, mix digital and analog circuit design
Knowledge of Solid C language coding and software architecture.
Experience in medical device design and strong medical IEC standard preferred
Experience of writing the product system requirement specification and architecture to meet the customer requirement specification, ensure products standard compliance.
Experience of leading or coaching engineers to development project and problem solving
Rich experience of leading the products Safety Risk Assessment discussion for design change or new project (SRA)
Experience in CAPA and SCAR
Strong ability of writing the report of issue analysis and presenting the report in team with English.
Experience of lead small team and can organize the design review and discuss with cross-function team
Fluent communication in English in technical field, working experience in a foreign company is preferred
