In this role, you have the opportunity to
Deliver qualified service to customers including corrective installation, maintenance, preventative maintenance, and FCO. This position is very important to ensure long term customer satisfaction and loyalty, and is playing a very important role in the growth of customer service business and sales business.
You are responsible for
Achieve all Delivery KPI Target, Including Technical level, Frist Time Fix, First Time Right, On site response time，1Mobile Update. etc.;
Quick response and high quality support to customers' or Commercial team's service request in all categories like technique support, installation, Factory corrective order, corrective maintenance, etc.;
Support Channel service quality and Business achievement.
Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills, Focus on service competence level and actual service capabilities.
Prepare and provide kinds of Service Report on an accurate and timely basis
Other tasks assigned by team & company
You are a part of
Service and Solution Delivery team and you will report to service delivery manager. You will work closely with Sales team and Technical support team.
You will be surrounded by energetic professionals and evolving in a friendly and dynamic atmosphere.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree or above, major in biomedical engineering or EE or related field
3 years or above experience in medical equipment service industry
Good command of English(written and reading)
Good communication skills and open mind to share with others
Clear and logic thinking
Good execution skill
Self-motivation and self-management
Willingness to travel (50%)
