Philips Consumer Experience Manager, Personal Health APAC in Singapore, Singapore

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Oversee and manage the Consumer Experiences in APAC for Philips Personal Health Business, across all consumer touchpoints including, but not limited to our contact centres, service centres, Direct to Consumer (D2C) e-shops and other online/social platforms.

Personal Health is Philips Consumer business, offering products in Household Appliances, Personal Care and Health & Wellness.

You are responsible for

  • Managing the Net Promoter Score (NPS) such as consumer service journey, purchase journey etc in the APAC region.

  • Improving and Optimizing the performance of Philips Contact and Service Centers

  • Recommend and implement leading market best practices to improve our consumer experiences and journey

  • Social Media care and management

  • Providing Digital & CRM support for Marketing campaigns

  • Providing D2C Philips e-shop consumer service support

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 8 - 10 years of Consumer Care /After Sales service experience with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in consumer experience management

  • Regional exposure to APAC market

  • A consumer insights expert

  • Possesses strong Influencing and communication skills

  • Possesses an innovative and LEAN mindset

  • Functional understanding in the areas of Consumer Care, Contact Centers, Social media, CRM campaigns & eCommerce
