The Planning Operations will be responsible to assist the demand planner for all aspects of the demand management within CO for a few categories, namely:
The maintenance of the demand plan on a 12 months rolling basis.
Facilitating the cross-functional S&OP process with necessary input.
Closely balancing demand and supply, and will manage the daily operations related to demand Planning and availability with Supply Centers.
Supporting Supply Chain operations in the areas of:
Rework, bundling and promotion activities
Key areas of Responsibility
Create and validate the demand plan : By using all relevant inputs available, validate the demand plan and ensures that the demand planning system reflects the best possible demand forecast at all times.
Facilitate the S&OP process : ensures adequate input is given to the S&OP meeting, to allow final decision taking on the S&OP plan.
Phase In / Phase Out : Manage the operational activities related to Phase In / Phase Out of SKU’s he/she is managing. Ensure master data is accurate and up-to-date at all times.
Masterdata : Manage local masterdata, especially for POS materials.
Supply Chain Operations . Support the business in operational activities.
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Comes with 2 years of relevant supply chain/logistic experience
SAP Experience(APO,SD & MM)
Advance MS Excel skills
Good experience with Supply Chain
Good communication skills
Able to operate in dynamic environment with high interaction levels
