Philips Facility Executive in Singapore, Singapore

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support Singapore APAC Center and will also help to manage operations for the other locations in ASEAN Pacific market .

You are responsible for

a) Administration:

Update PLANON – a Philips Real Estate Technology Tool containing Lease status, Capital Project information, site areas, occupancy and other Real Estate information. Regular update of CAPEX Investment spend. Prepare Business Case for minor projects. Prepare and chair regular meetings with stakeholders. Management of payment of Lease and Utilities in ASEAN Pacific Market. Assist in Annual Operating Plan.

b) Stakeholder management:

Engage and influence a diverse group of stakeholders (culturally, functionally and seniority) ensuring customer relationship and local customer rapport is developed on site. Partner with other Enabling Functions to achieve organization objectives.

You deliver trusted, reliable and affordable facilities services to business leaders and colleagues housed on buildings under your scope, by ensuring day-to-day facilities run smoothly and corrective actions are undertaken.

c) Operations:

Able to analysis data to trouble-shoot and develop suitable solution in maintenance and repair of services. Prudent financial management knowledge in managing CAPEX and One-Time Costs. Management of Total Facility Management, Security and Environment, Health and Safety. Assist in driving Management Safety Committee meetings chaired by Country CEO. Management of external vendors. Management of events / assist stakeholders in organizing events. Coordination with other stakeholders to execute assignment. Assist in development of policy and guidelines for Total Facility Management. Management of real estate space utilization in accordance to Philips Workplace Innovation. Management of Service Provider’s Performance Management.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

  • At least 3 years experience in managing commercial/industrial buildings for foreign Multi-National Corporations.

  • Demonstrate high level of integrity.

  • Good technical knowledge of building services and their operations.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Team player.
