Philips Healthcare E-Commerce Manager, Asean in Singapore, Singapore

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement eCommerce strategy in partnership with Sales (Key Account Managers) & Marketing (Marketing Managers) teams to maximize sales through the E-shop platform.

  • Plan & execute e-commerce marketing activation campaigns aligning with overall marketing strategy to enhance online sales & brand presence, e.g. events, CRM, media targeting. Team up with relevant Digital stakeholders on campaign planning and execution.

  • Align with Sales and Marketing team on business strategies and objectives to identify business opportunities. Ensure E-shop plans are integrated into annual integrated business planning.

  • Manage and optimize the Healthcare E-shop. This includes the infrastructure, content/ assets and customer experience (account set-up, content planning and management, product pages, promotional content, pricing)

  • Direct outreach to B2B and B2C customers for onboarding onto E-shop platform

  • Analyze online sales KPI in view of related indicators (e.g. page view, quantity, value sold, drop-off rate, etc).

  • Report out on e-commerce analytics to Sales & Marketing Managers. Share insights, recommend optimization tactics to drive incremental sales, implement and monitor.

  • Keep track of digital & e-commerce trend to stay ahead of competition

  • Manage budgets, operational costs and agency partnerships for all e-Shop related activities

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 4-7 years of proven track record in B2B/B2C e-commerce or digital marketing

  • Strong initiative to make breakthrough & lead change in undefined environment

  • Excellent communication skills with managing various stakeholders

  • Ability to analyze consumer, sales, advertising data & extract insight. Experienced in digital optimization.

  • Keen to catch digital & e-commerce trend

  • Knows and understands the consumer & shopper journey, the key touch points and actors in the digital landscape

  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing and/or sales, e.g. analytics, digital media, online marketing, e-trade, online sales, end-to-end digital channel

  • Experience in healthcare consumer devices preferred
