In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be part of the Central Implementation team in deploying Monitoring, Analytics and Therapeutic Care (MATC) solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of the projects.
You are responsible for
Design, scope, implement and handover-to-support integration projects within the targets (time, cost) and objectives (deliverables) set forth in the contracts
Identify and present the project risks, budget, resources and progress to the project team
Responsible for reviewing quotations/solutions developed for the customers for technical feasibility
Perform or assist in First of a Kind (FOK) installations and interface upgrades
Understand and keep up to date with current integration technology
Support post integration issues on site where Customer Care is unable to resolve the issues remotely
Train key-users of the customers
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Degree level education in Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the healthcare IT industry
Strong knowledge in Microsoft SQL
In-depth understanding of HL7, FHIR and XML
Possess good communication and presentation skills
Hands-on and able to work independently
Display influencing and problem solving skills
