Philips Legal Executive in Singapore, Singapore


You are responsible for

  • This will be 3-day a week role.

  • Be responsible for entities’ routine corporate secretarial (CS) documentation, filing and reporting. It is preferred that the individual can work independently for routine CS related work. Where required, to work with counsels on ad-hoc corporate secretarial documentation that may be required e.g. in acquisitions, divestment.

  • Familiarity with contracts management systems and similar tools to increase legal organizations’ efficiency and productivity.

  • Some familiarity with commercial sales/distribution contracts, so as to be able to support counsels’ in basic contracts administration work.

  • Experience in monitoring, tracking and reporting on legal expenses, including liaising with outside counsels on legal bills.

  • Administrative support of the legal team in ASEAN Pacific.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Diploma in Legal or Legal Executive Studies; or Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum 8 years experience in regional MNC environment.

  • Ability to work across multi-countries’ legal teams, and good interpersonal skills.

  • Aptitude to adapt to and adopt new IT or systems tools to increase workplace efficiency.
