Philips Marketing Manager in Singapore, Singapore

You are responsible for:

  • Running the annual business planning and review cycle for the assigned product categories (AOP/RoFo, etc.)

  • Creating and executing marketing plan in line with BG marketing strategy, incl. A&P by category.

  • Lead and translate, together with Sales and Trade Shopper Marketing, annual plans into quarterly and monthly plans

  • Lead & translate, together with the digital lead to drive business objectives in the marketplace and CRM program

  • Marketing analysis (market share, competition benchmarking) and define fact based improvement actions

  • Developing and executing proposition activation plans (incl. A&P, PR and product launches) in line with category guidelines

  • Own A&P budget

  • Supports account team planning where required

  • Acts as prime interface to Regional Marketing Managers

  • Tracks sales, market shares and margins.

  • Responsible for GFK analysis of own market

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Management or related disciplines

  • 8 – 10 years of Product Marketing experience, coupled with branding and digital marketing exposure

  • Trade marketing / in-store activation background would be advantageous

  • He/she should come with Consumer Electronics/ FMCG or related industries

  • Ideally someone who has directly/indirectly manage a small team (1-2 members)

  • Possess good interpersonal and stakeholders management skills
