In this role, you have the opportunity to
Responsible for Annual In-Store/Shopper Activation Strategies, Plan, Execution, and ROI, for Categories responsible within CO, in a key retail channel. Be a specialist/driver regarding relevant channel prioritization for responsible BMC, based on shopper targeting and consumer behavior understanding. Optimisation of the in-store marketing mix with excellence in execution
You are responsible for each Key Category, to develop Shopper Activation Plan (design & execution), including:
Understanding Philips Brand Guidelines that encompasses all marketing & communication collaterals.
Understanding the marketing strategies based on Local Shopper Activation Plan (LSAP)
Defining/prioritizing key channels/retailers (incl. definitions) based on potential and distribution strategy.
Identifying (with CMI): Shopper targets, needs, purchase barrier (for category & Philips), decision tree, and insights to drive Philips conversion.
Developing by channel/retailer’s Point of Purchase Strategy & Plans: i.) assortment, ii.) presentation (location, display, merchandising, communication, service), iii.) promotion, iv.) product/shopper claims.
Providing shopper inputs in the development of marketing plan with CMM and Account Plan with KAM.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
2-3 years of Business experience in Marketing and Sales
University level with Business/ Strategic Marketing direction
Consultative and solution-based selling
Experience in Shopper Marketing is a plus.
Preferably in fast-moving durable goods business.
Experienced in managing, tracking, and evaluating ROI on spending.
Ability to think from a broad business perspective and strategically and out-of-the-box, team player, planning & organizational skills, executor, accurate, stress resistant, creative, entrepreneur focussed on growth.
