In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be a strategic business partner and drive decisions that contribute to the performance and objectives of the Domestic Appliances business in North America, a category that represents over $50M USD sales with significant growth potential/ambitions.
You are responsible for
Providing financial/business support for the business management teams to ensure full transparency, planning and decision making
Pro-active and timely high quality analysis in the commercial organization for the respective business in Personal Health for North America.
Ensuring the development of profound knowledge and competencies within the team.
Participating with executive management to establish strategic plans and objectives for the respective business.
Making final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of objectives.
Owning the Financial business planning process for the respective businesses
Identifying, recommending and implementing changes to plans/ways of working to drive effectiveness and efficiency
You will be the spider in the web towards the business team (Marketing/Sales/Sales Planning/Category Management and Operations) and Accounting Operations.
Providing in-depth understanding of the business by translating variances in KPI’s, BMC’s, WC elements and macro-economic into actions.
Making sure that changes in the business (e.g. portfolio and other reporting structure updates) are properly reflected into reporting systems to ensure that the right business/financial information is available for planning and analysis.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Experience with matrix organizations and virtual teams.
Progressive experience and deep understanding in Finance.
Knowledge of Business Information Warehouse, SAP, and Excel.
Proven working experience with financial control, management reporting and business analysis, preferably within an international environment.
Analytical skills – ability to translate into concrete actions.
Creativity and efficiency to achieve goals and business objectives
