Be a strategic business partner and drive decisions that contribute to the performance and objectives of the Male Grooming and Beauty business in North America, a category that represents over $350M USD sales.
You are responsible for
Providing the financial/business support for the business management teams to ensure full transparency, planning and decision making support is in place than support the business to reach its business objectives.
Pro-active and timely high quality analysis in the commercial organization for the respective business in PH NAM that supports business management in decision making.
Profound knowledge and competencies development within the team as well as supporting the business team with all Financial support and related business decision making.
Participating with executive management to establish strategic plans and objectives for the respective business.
Being the spider in the web towards the business team (Marketing/Sales/Sales Planning/Category Management and Operations) and Accounting Operations.
Working proactively together with the business management teams on timely and accurate core deliveries and initiates to improve business results. He/she is also pro-actively involvement in improvement projects x- business with the business, the other business partners and the colleagues in the FP&A domain.
Providing full financial transparency for business management (P&L/BS), analysis and recommendations to make decisions to improve the results and deliver business objectives.
Providing in-depth understanding of the business by translating variances in KPI’s, BMC’s, WC elements and macro-economics into actions.
Making sure that changes in the business (e.g. portfolio and other reporting structure updates) are properly reflected into reporting systems.
Owning the Financial business planning process for the respective businesses.
Identifying, recommending and implementing changes to plans methods/ways of working to drive effectiveness and efficiency and with that results for the business.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with matrix organizations and virtual teams.
Progressive experience and deep understanding in Finance.
Knowledge of Business Information Warehouse, SAP, and Excel.
Proven working experience with financial control, management reporting and business analysis, preferably within an international environment.
Analytical skills – ability to translate into concrete actions.
Creativity and efficiency to achieve goals and business objectives.
