In this role, you have the opportunity to
As a Project Associate, you will be responsible for managing end to end the retailer display programs (Touch and Learns) in order to deliver on time, in full, and as per quality and cost requirements.
You are responsible for
Participate in discussions with Sales team to identify the T&L requirements
Create a project timeline for each program
Hold regular project meetings with core team and create clear Action List
Manage and report programs effectively, and escalate as needed
Manage budget, and execute plans to reduce cost
Report key performance indicators such as OTIF, CSL and Cost
Work closely with Vendors, Sales, Marketing, Planning and Customer Operations
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1 year of experience in Project Management, or related area
Basic understanding of retail environments and materials
ERP System experience required (SAP R/3 proficiency a Strong Plus)
High user level in Excel, Word, Power Point
Working knowledge of Supply Chain Management Concepts required
Strong cross-functional and team management skills required
Project Management skills required
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiating skills
Ability to organize and prioritize work, and to meet deadlines
Demonstrated success in working within cross-organizational teams
PMP certification a Strong Plus
