In this role you have the opportunity to
develop and lead the delivery of the patient monitoring solutions Philips is delivering to customers, while advancing Philips journey to become a preferred solutions and Long-Term Strategic Partner for healthcare providers in Sweden.
This is a new role within our Swedish market-leading patient monitoring business, where you will be involved in larger projects in Sweden, e.g. Skåne-region.
You are responsible for
Managing the end-to-end (from planning/pre-sales to delivery) of one or several Long-term Strategic Partnership (LSP)/ Solutions / Customer Program within patient monitoring in Sweden
Program management of planning, execution and monitoring of all underlying, inter-related projects that make up the overall customer program
Working closely with customer and Philips leadership in monitoring successful operations of the program via a governance structure
Acting as the central point of resolution and leadership for all activities at the customer site(s), including service, equipment, consulting and education.
Developing strategic working relationships as necessary to ensure deep understanding of ongoing customer needs and provide guidance to customer’s leaders
Financially accountable for the customer satisfaction for the specific customer program(s)
You are a part of
the Swedish Monitoring & Analytics and Therapeutic Care team, where a professional but fun workplace atmosphere is valued and a diverse multi-functional team will greet you. You will report to the Sales Manager MA&TC Sweden. The team is extensive and includes other Account Managers, Product/Business Specialists, Applications Specialists, Project Managers and Field Service Engineers with a high level of experience from both medical engineering and clinical work in hospital.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Min 5 years of documented experience in IT-related projects or program management
Deep understanding of medical device technology industry or healthcare, preferably with practical experience working in a clinical setting
Familiarity and competence in achieving results within complex global matrix organization
Solid ability to manage executive level stakeholder relationships
Natural approach of “leading through influence” and by building reciprocal partnerships with key internal and external partners
Fluent in English and Swedish language
