In this role, you have the opportunity to
transform healthcare through meaningful solutions! As the Country Manager of Swedish Health Systems organization, you will be a part of the Nordic Health Systems management team and lead our Health Systems business in Sweden with full P&L responsibility. In your role you will manage the Health Systems commercial function locally in order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues and ensure the right organization, structure and processed are in place for delivering the objectives. Our Swedish customers consist of public and private hospitals and clinics located all over the country.
In your role you are responsible for :
maximizing customer satisfaction and driving profitable growth, meeting or exceeding growth and financial targets by managing the Health Systems’ commercial and customer service organization in Sweden.
looking for the overall business opportunities.
creating and implementing the strategic and tactic plan in cooperation with business marketing management.
developing the business as well as leading the transformation of our business into a value adding solutions business.
developing and driving credibility and long term relationships with our customers.
providing strong leadership skills and promoting our behaviors and culture.
You are a part of
the Nordic Health Systems Management team where you will have strong impact on how we develop our business going forward. You will be responsible of the organization of ca. 110 employees, of which 10 are direct reports. You report directly to the Nordic Health Systems Leader based in Finland. The role is a key position in our Nordic organization where you will lead our innovative and growing Health Systems business.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Deep knowledge about the general healthcare landscape and its future development
A proven track record in building business based on strong customer relations and the ability to translate customer needs and challenges into tailored and value adding solutions
Previous experience in managing and coaching sales teams within medical devices or pharma
A strong sense for stakeholder management and the interest and ability to build long lasting relations
A good network amongst healthcare professionals on all levels in the Swedish market
A flexible mindset and prepared to walk that extra mile to make yourself and your team excel and perform beyond standards
Excellent communication skills in English, Swedish is highly preferable
A university degree or similar in clinical, engineering or business
