In this role, you have the opportunity to
be responsible for identifying and creating growth Healthcare IT (HCIS) revenue and market share in the Nordic countries, with focus on Sweden and Norway. You will proactively work with sales activities towards new and existing customers as well as developing, qualifying and closing profitable Healthcare IT deals.
You are responsible for
working closely with the HCIS Marketing and HCIS Territory Manager in order to develop and implement HCIS sales and marketing strategies in Sweden and Norway.
supporting customers with excellent product knowledge and consultative approach, answering tender requests and proposing adequate Healthcare IT solutions.
creating a portfolio of solutions that meet market needs, building and executing sales strategic plans and providing territory forecasts.
maximizing profitability and capturing interesting growth opportunities for HCIS solutions.
pursuing and implementing product launches and working on localization of launch packages.
executing training and education packages for new and existing product solutions internally and externally.
You are a part of
the Nordic HCIS business and you will be based preferably at our Swedish office and report to the Healthcare IT Business & Territory Manager Nordic Benelux who is based in Belgium.
You can be based in Stockholm, Sweden or Oslo, Norway.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
minimum of 5 years of proven track record in IT Sales / Business Development (successful Sales experience with emphasis on software and services sales or within healthcare).
previous Healthcare experience within Radiology workflow, Cardiology or hospital IT department is seen as a big advantage.
appropriate university degree.
a desire to continuously learn and follow the industry development.
high level of business understanding and strong ability to understand the market and use that knowledge to professionally consult the customers in all aspects and propose adequate product solutions.
strong time management and organizational skills to achieve company goals and ensure focus on value-added sales activities.
you are a strong team player with the ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts.
you are fluent in English (oral/written) and local language (Swedish, Norwegian). An additional Scandinavian language is preferable.
