Philips HR Generalist in Stockholm, Sweden

With 650 employees in four countries, Philips Health systems in the Nordic has a need for a professional HR Generalist to be part of the newly established HR Operations Hub.

The role will be located in Sweden (Stockholm / Kista) and provides the HR team and managers with professional administration support.

You are responsible for

  • Administration support from a shared service approach to all 4 countries in the Nordics with main focus on Swedish employees

  • Working with our HRM system (Workday) on a daily basis to ensure correct data input and integrity

  • Preparation of employment documents

  • Providing input to the Payroll provider

  • Contact to external HR suppliers and local authorities

  • Contact to employees and managers in the offices

  • Contact to colleagues in our Philips People Service Centre in Poland and Centres of Excellence in Amsterdam

You are a part of

a fast-paced HR environment with an HR Director as manager in the Nordics (Denmark) and HR Managers in Finland, Sweden and Denmark. Your direct team is an HR Operations Hub of three people (including this role) working virtually in the region. You will have frequent contact with the Philips People Support centers around the world as well as our managers and employees.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Proven HR administration experience and willingness to learn

  • An independent self-starter with a pragmatic approach

  • A person with an international mindset, sensitive to cultural and legal differences per country

  • A service minded approach, willing to work hands-on with our colleagues and providers in a positive spirit

  • Someone who is genuinely interested in working in this newly established HR Operations team

  • Fluent in English and Swedish or another Scandinavian language

  • Basic knowledge of Swedish labour law is an advantage
