In this role, you have the opportunity to
lead our Nordic Education and Clinical Science Team’s in their mission to support and educate our diagnostic imaging customers in the Nordic countries while growing our education and research services business.
Your team consists of talented and very experienced application specialists, clinical scientists, physicists and education coordinators working across the Nordic countries. In this role you will work closely with customers as well as sales and service departments.
You are responsible for
Leading two talented teams of strategic business and customer importance
Work closely with sales teams to tailor our education and research services offerings in tenders and projects.
Identify new sales opportunities for education related services and help grow education and research services revenue
Foster close collaboration with modality business managers and secure the teams are involved in business creation and support before, under and after on a deal basis.
Ensuring our education and research services are delivered and with good customer satisfaction
People and talent management including; recruitment, development, goal setting and performance management
Ensuring full compliance with all business and Q&R policies, legislation and procedures
Set the priorities and goals for the departments and accountable for reporting, budgeting, KPI setting, P&L
Actively seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
Building and maintaining active relationships with our customers and partners including organizing successful events and courses
You are a part of
You will be based preferably at our Stockholm office and report to the Nordic Business marketing and sales leader for precision diagnosis & IGT, who is based in Copenhagen. You lead two different organization with very talented and experienced specialists with a total of 26 colleagues, of which 2 are managers. You will lead a mix of indirect and direct reports spread across the Nordic countries.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
A relevant Master’s degree or equivalent
Experience of education or other professional services as a business preferably in healthcare industry or similar
Minimum 10 years experience in leadership roles
Experience leading high performing and talented cross-functional teams within an international matrix organization
Strong entrepreneurial and problem solving skills
Commercial mindset and experience to enable you to drive the business development and sales
Fluent in Swedish and English. Ability to work with Danish and Norwegian collages and customers.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment and matrix organization consisting of different functions, local and global organizations.
