In this role, you have the opportunity to

lead the Swedish ultrasound team in sales and market activities. Setting strategies, plans, targets and deliver them as well as meeting your own personal objectives. Market Philips ultrasound products and solutions to Swedish hospitals and health care professionals. Collaborate with Philips colleagues in Sweden as well as Nordics to deliver the best customer experience.

You are responsible for:

  • Setting strategies for the Swedish market following the global as well as local direction and objectives, together with Nordic Business Marketing manager and Sweden Country manager.

  • Executing the strategies and set a sales plan

  • Selling Philips healthcare solutions to our customers

  • Leading the Swedish ultrasound team of account managers and clinical application specialists

  • Manage and structurally follow up on your opportunities with Philips provided sales tools

  • Collaborate with colleagues and other functions within Philips organization for best customer experience

  • Report forecasts on a monthly basis, both as a Key Account Manager with your own opportunities and as a Sales Manager from a national perspective

  • Managing sales and commercial partnerships with customers from healthcare on national level

  • Collect market information, trends, competition as well as keeping updated with clinical development and customer challenges.

  • Participation in Nordic Sales Management Forum, tracking team activities and providing feedback to and from the Swedish market

  • Participate in the Swedish Management Team

  • Reports direct to the Health Systems Country Leader

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

You have to positive and engaged colleague and leader. You have a natural authority and enjoy leading your team. You have a university degree or similar experience, knowledge in ultrasound from a clinical or commercial perspective. You have experience in medical sales with a proven record of accomplishment, experience in sales development and experience from leading and coaching a team of direct reports.

Furthermore, you may have

  • A proven track record in building strong customer relations based on the ability to translate customer needs and challenges into tailored solutions and offerings

  • A proven track record of building and growing business with the ability to transform customer needs and challenges into value adding solutions and offerings

  • A good network amongst senior healthcare professionals on the Swedish market.

You are:

  • In possession of driver license and passport

  • Prepared to travel and work away from your office

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
