In this role, you have the opportunity to
develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans to exceed financial targets within Customer Service for the Monitoring Analytics & Therapeutic Care business. This includes sales of different levels of service contracts to existing customer as well as service proposals to new customers together with the product sales team. Together with Customer Service management, as Account Manager Customer Service you are accountable for the delivery of a customer satisfying & efficient service.
You are responsible for
Developing and executing a strategic and tactical sales plan to exceed financial targets that include sales of Service Contracts both independently and together with the Account Sales Team.
Maintaining relationships with Account Managers to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submissions.
Preparing and delivering accurate business forecasting monthly via accurate lead and opportunity management.
Monitoring competition and changes in the industry in the respective domain.
Providing effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product and service offerings.
Implementing, in close collaboration with Service Delivery Manager, structured Life cycle Management tools.
You are part of
our Health Systems Operations team, consisting of 50 employees and report directly to the Operations Manager for Sweden.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Up to 10 years of sales experience (incl. Services Sales)
Experience from the Healthcare industry is highly preferred
Consultative selling skills
Excellent presentation, communication and follow up skills
Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
Results-oriented team worker.
Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language.
