Working hours: up to 15 hours per week
In this role, you have the opportunity to
work with Philips Health Systems’ medical equipment (CT and MRI scanners, Ultrasound devices etc.), healthcare consulting services and home healthcare solutions for the Nordic market, primarily hospitals. The position gives you a good insight how event management, B2B marketing and required admin works in order to meet the results required.
You are responsible for
• Event management
• Customer and stakeholder information management in our CRM system
• Purchase order processes, reimbursements and track-keeping of payments
• Various administrative tasks
• Ad hoc project management, marketing and communication tasks
You are a part of
a small but dynamic marketing team in a role that requires the ability to communicate and interact with all levels within the Nordic organization.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
You are a student within Business administration, Marketing or similar, preferably with 2 years study left
You are detailed-orientated with excellent organizational skills
You are pro-active and can work independently
You feel comfortable in a dynamic (and sometimes hectic) working environment
You like practical hands-on tasks
You have excellent English and Swedish skills both written and verbally
You are skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and preferably InDesign
