In this role, you have the opportunity to
to work with Philips patient monitoring solutions (Monitoring and Analytics & Therapeutic Care) team and be part of a top team delivering high quality services and technical solutions for Swedish health care professionals.
You are responsible for
Managing a team of 10-15 Service Engineers focused mainly on installations.
Developing the team and service processes around our installations.
Forecasting, planning and coordinating installation resources in collaboration with management team, sales and project managers.
Driving and following-up on KPIs, such as time reporting, trainings, quality etc.
Recognizing customer needs by managing escalations and ensuring that the delivered performance and services match the customer needs, driving technical escalations within the team and collaborating with our Nordic Modality Specialist.
Customer visits and communication around operational issues to assure increased levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensuring training of new hires and FSE on way of working, tools utilization, assuring change management related to implementation of new tools and customer services processes for the area.
You are part of
the Philips Customer Service organization in Sweden and belong to the Monitoring Analytics &Therapeutic Care support team, which consist of more than 25 engineers located all over Sweden.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree (or similar level), preferably in IT or Electronics technology.
2-4 years of experience leading a team.
Previous working experience with medical devices and understanding of the special character working in the hospitals is highly preferable.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
Willingness to travel.
